This project was a subsea engineering and diving operation commissioned by a major Norwegian oil and gas operator, with execution led by SubseaPartner AS in collaboration with Subsea7. The scope involved the installation of clamps on caisson on a Offshore Jacket Structure using divers and specialized equipment.
Key responsibilities included:
- Engineering and operational planning for clamp handling and installation from the IMR vessel Seven Viking to the caisson.
- Execution of offshore diving services, including deployment of the Beluga buoyancy device and subsea winch system, in coordination with Subsea7.
- Mobilization and demobilization of all necessary equipment and vessels.

The campaign was executed in accordance with all applicable regulations, standards, and guidelines, ensuring that safety, health, and risk management requirements were met to the highest standard.
The selected diving intervention method involved the use of a Light Dive Craft with an integrated dive system in conjunction with a mother vessel carrying project support and emergency equipment.
The combined diving & ROV operation was carried out in the depth range from 9 to 24 meters.
