Key Activities:
- Diving operations to disconnect and reconnect the thruster using strand jack shackles and fiber slings.
- Cleaning and inspection of the thruster receptacle, including sealing face and liner.
- Rescue drill conducted to validate emergency procedures, with diver recovery completed in under 10 minutes.
- Barrier management and quadrant planning were implemented to ensure safe diving zones and hull penetration control.
Safety & Compliance: All diving was performed using NITROX and followed Norwegian diving treatment tables. The operation was supported by a detailed isolation matrix and final report confirming successful execution.
